We ship to Hong Kong and internationally. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by region and courier. Risk of loss passes to you when the item is dispatched. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers.

7. Returns and Exchanges

You can return items within 14 days of receipt if they are unused and in original condition. Contact us to start a return. You pay return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

You agree not to use this website for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful. Do not post content that is illegal, threatening, or disruptive. Do not impersonate anyone. Do not interfere with the site's operation.

We try to keep the site running smoothly. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, technical problems, or maintenance. We are not liable for indirect, accidental, or special damages from using or not using the site. Our total liability to you does not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Hong Kong law. Any dispute should first be resolved through friendly discussion. If that fails, either party can take the matter to the competent courts of Hong Kong.

If any part of these terms is invalid, that part is removed or changed to the minimum needed to make it valid, without affecting the rest. These terms make up the full agreement between you and tenpo about using this website. We can choose not to enforce any part of these terms without losing the right to enforce it later.
