How We Ship

Brands on TENPO generally ship your order directly to you — straight from the maker or distributor, with fewer middlemen in between.

Because each brand ships independently, you can generally only order from one brand at a time. If you want items from two different brands, place two separate orders.

Some brands are fulfilled directly by us. If you are ordering from multiple Tenpo-fulfilled brands, you can combine them into a single order — no need to check out separately.

For delivery times, shipping rates, and tracking, see Shipping Info.

For returns, exchanges, and refunds, see Returns & Refunds.
